How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders are shipped within 3 business days.

How can I pay for my order?

Paypal, use your existing Paypal account or open a new one.

Credit Card, Paypal will allow you to pay with a credit card without opening a Paypal account, with no additional fees to you.
When you reach the part of the check out process that asks you to log into Paypal (do not log in) simply click on the “don’t have a Paypal link?” link and it will take you to a page where you can use any major credit card.

Money Order, Contact us with your order and shipping address and I will send you a total with shipping included. your order will be sent within 2 business days after receiving your money order.

I washed my Hot Holster in hot water and now it’s shrunk and to small for the bottle. What do I do?

Yes, in hot water the Hot Holster will sometime shrink some, causing the bottle to stick out above the top of the Hot Holster. But have no fear, go ahead and heat up the heat pack and bottle of lotion/oil like you usually do, and place them in the Hot Holster. Begin using your Hot Holster as you usually do and you will find that in a few minutes the warmth, and the pressure from pumping, will relax the hemp fibers and soon the bottle will be nestled down into the holster they way it did originally.

Why does the first pump or two of lotion/oil feel cooler, and then the next few pumps out of the bottle feel warm?

Whatever lotion/oil that is in the pumping mechanism will cool off if you pause from pumping for a few minutes. After the second or third pump in a row the lotion/oil that is being dispensed is coming directly from the bottom of the bottle where it is nice and warm.

I washed my Hot Holster and now it’s all wrinkled, do I have to iron it?

After washing, the Hot Holster is pretty wrinkled, but no special treatment is necessary. Simply heat you flax seed heat pack and your lotion as usual and you will find that after a few minutes of normal use the hemp fibers will relax and your Hot Holster will be smooth and wrinkle free.

How do you get the heat pack into the holster? Trying to stuff it in doesn’t work well.

Hold the heat pack in your palm and imagine that you have a handful of loose flax seeds, then “pour” it into the Hot Holster. The heat pack will slide in easily
